There is a sociological discussion to be had about how data is collected in cities and about cities. When it comes to comparing cities to one another, data has to be collected. In this article, we get a sense of how access to public space is not always equitable. When people live and interact within close proximity to others, important questions arise about access to and use of public space. With urbanization comes an increase in population density.
